PHILOSOPHY
We believe that in order to increase the quality of communication, three procedures must be followed.
The new concept must be introduced, or the incorrect concept corrected.
We understand that some concepts are easily corrected, such as “Sit up straight” or “Speak louder, please.” In these cases, simply pointing out the behavior is enough to correct it. However, more complex concepts like “Don’t be so rude,” “Show more empathy” or “Improve your grammar” require more training.
The new concept must be modeled and/or taught correctly.
More complex concepts need instruction and illustration so the concept is understood correctly and put in the proper context. Our American trainers provide our clients with the professional instruction necessary to correct their errors.
The new concept must be practiced correctly.
Mistakes often pave the way to optimum learning, and our seminars offer a safe environment for mistakes and corrections to take place. Because we offer so much practice and allow grace for mistakes, everyone who attends comes out with the tools to recognize and correct their own errors.
